ANDTS Coordinator in Lund Municipality

We are looking for someone who, with knowledge and commitment, wants to coordinate the work within ANDTS (alcohol, narcotics, doping, tobacco, and gambling) in Lund Municipality.

About the role and your tasks

As an ANDTS coordinator, you will have a central role in coordinating, developing, implementing, and following up on local ANDTS work in accordance with national and local strategies. The assignment is both operational and strategic and involves translating goals and plans into concrete actions at the local level. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the municipality's administrations and operations, civil society, authorities, and other external actors.

You will, among other things:

• develop, implement, and follow up on local action plans and goals
• collect, analyze, and present statistics and current research
• plan and conduct training, networking meetings, and preventive actions
• collaborate with external actors such as the police and civil society.

The ANDTS work targets the entire population but has a particular focus on children, young people, and their guardians. You will work alternately with strategic planning and practical actions to enable a safe and healthy environment.

We are looking for you

You who are applying have good knowledge of the ANDTS area specifically and public health work in general. You have previous experience in preventive work, coordination, and development work. If you also have experience in project management, it may facilitate your work.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility and feels confident working independently. You take initiative, drive the work forward, and find smart ways to solve various tasks. With your holistic view, you see connections and understand how everything fits together.

You thrive in collaboration with others and build good relationships that contribute to dialogue and results. You are flexible in your approach and see changes as opportunities. You have a pedagogical approach and express yourself clearly in Swedish, both in speech and writing. You make it easy for others to understand the purpose and goals of the work, and you are comfortable giving presentations.

You have relevant academic education, for example in public health, social sciences, or social work.

About the workplace

The Unit for Social Sustainability leads, supports, and develops the municipality's strategic work with social sustainability based on the municipality's program for social sustainability. The aim is to create equal living conditions and realize human rights for all who live and work in Lund – a Lund for all. Your closest colleagues work with coordinating the municipality's work on violence in close relationships, honor-related violence and oppression, crime prevention work, as well as projects related to functional rights and school attendance. We also work with cross-municipal coordination and governance within social sustainability and human rights. The unit is part of the Department for Sustainable Growth at the municipal office.
